Feelin’ the winter vibes, and baked fruit just screams winter. I eat this for breakfast, but it would also make a good dessert. Delicious. Easy. Five ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1 pear cut in half lengthwise, with the cores removed (preferably with a measuring spoon if you have one otherwise use a regular spoon to remove it)
- drizzle of honey
- 2 tbs roughly chopped walnuts
- cinnamon
- big dollop of yogurt (optional) (I used a coconut flavored yogurt from the brand Siggi’s, but a greek yogurt would work well too)
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the pears halves onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with as much cinnamon as you want, top with chopped walnuts, and drizzle as much honey as you want. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, plate, and add a dollop of the yogurt on top of one of the pear halves before serving). Enjoy!
