- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with honey
- 1 ripe banana, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp flax seed (if you don’t have flax seed, don’t worry about it, leave it out)
- 1 mejdool date (if you like it sweeter, or have regular Greek yogurt without honey)
Blend all ingredients together.
