Banana-Orange Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with honey
  • 1 ripe banana, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp flax seed (if you don’t have flax seed, don’t worry about it, leave it out)
  • 1 mejdool date (if you like it sweeter, or have regular Greek yogurt without honey)

Blend all ingredients together.
